She is specifically interested and has advanced training in minimally invasive urology and hemodialysis. She graduated veterinary school from Colorado State University and then completed a rotating internship followed by a 3 year residency in Internal Medicine at Purdue University. Following residency and becoming a diplomat in Small Animal Internal Medicine, Dr. Kendall completed a 2 year educational fellowship at NC State. Following her fellowship, she stayed at NCSU as a clinical faculty member. On clinics, she splits her time between the Internal Medicine service, Nephrology/Urology Focus Clinic, and Hemodialysis. She has completed the UC Davis Hemodialysis Academy and is working towards being one of the first boarded specialists in the American College of Veterinary Nephrology/Urology. After his residency, Dr. Le Sueur achieved his Masters, and PhD degree at Sao Paulo State University in the Small Animal Nephrology area focused on kidney biomarkers. Dr. Le Sueur has also done the Hemodialysis Academy, class of 2018-2019, and most recently, he is the Advanced ECC and extracorporeal therapies fellow at North Carolina State University. Before moving to North Carolina, Dr. Le Sueur was the head of Nephrology and Urology services at Kuri Institute in Sao Paulo and served post-graduation faculty at the Faculdade Qualittas, where he had the opportunity to teach Small Animal Nephrology and Urology across Brazil. In 2022, Dr. Le Sueur was recognized as the Brazilian ambassador by the International Renal Interest Society (IRIS), and his research interests include kidney biomarkers, extracorporeal therapies, acute kidney injury, and chronic kidney disease. He has lectured nationally on these subjects and has published manuscripts and book chapters in veterinary nephrology and urology. He is a board member of the European Society of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology, and a member of the American Society of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology and American Society of Nephrology.
