Dr. Courtney Peck is originally from Massachusetts and graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She completed a 13 month rotating small animal internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston in 2004, and then spent 8 years as an emergency clinician at a large specialty and referral hospital in Seattle, WA. In 2012, Dr. Peck returned to Boston to pursue a residency in Emergency/Critical Care, which she completed in July 2015. Dr. Peck joined the Angell West team in Waltham in October 2015, continues to build a collaborative and progressive environment with the team and clients. In her free time, Dr. Peck enjoys spending time with her two children.

Dr. Kearns is a small animal internist at Angell with a particular interest in renal, hematologic and immune mediated diseases. In addition, she has a special interest in advanced extracorporeal therapies such as hemodialysis and plasma exchange, both of which are now available at Angell. She is also skilled in tracheal and urethral stent placement, various endoscopy procedures (gastrointestinal, urinary, airway) and liver laparoscopy. Dr. Kearns is the Director of the Internal Medicine Residency program.
